Installation

Please Read Before Installing Caliper Covers

Dear Customer,

Thank you for choosing our caliper covers! Before proceeding with the installation, please carefully read the following important instructions:

1. Installation Location

We do not recommend using a general mechanic shop for installation. These shops often charge high hourly rates and may lack experience with aftermarket accessories.

Instead, we suggest visiting a professional tire shop. Tire technicians typically have more hands-on experience with wheel fitment and aftermarket part installations, making them better suited for this task.

2. What’s in the Box

Inside your package, you’ll find two sets of caliper covers:

  • 2 Front covers (larger in size)
  • 2 Rear covers (smaller in size)

Each cover is marked with a label indicating the clamping type, which corresponds to the correct installation video. Be sure to match each cover with the correct clamp and video guide.

3. Determine Left and Right Orientation

Each caliper cover includes a rubber bleeder relief, which must always be positioned facing upward when installed. This orientation determines the left and right side of each cover. Installing them incorrectly may affect performance and fitment.

4. Check Wheel Clearance

After installing the caliper covers, please instruct the technician to confirm there is a visible gap between the caliper cover and the inner face of the wheel.

If clearance is too tight or any contact is detected, a 3–5mm wheel spacer may be necessary to ensure safe and proper fitment.

5. Clamp Identification

The clamps included in your package are labeled “Front” and “Back” — please do not mix them up. Each clamp is also marked with a number that matches the number engraved on the corresponding caliper cover, to ensure correct pairing.

IMPORTANT: Check Rotor-to-Clamp Clearance

Once the covers are installed, please check for a visible gap between the rotor and the clamp. If no gap is present or if you notice brake squealing, this may indicate a misalignment. Please watch our Clamp Gap Adjustment video for the correct adjustment procedure.

6. If the Technician Refuses to Install

If the technician declines to install the covers for any reason, please make sure to collect the following:

  • side-view photo of both the front and rear calipers
  • photo or short video clearly showing the issue or misfitment

These visuals help us quickly assess the situation and provide the right solution.
